Hi there! I’m Liv O'Leary, and I’m passionate about creating purposeful and rewarding work environments at Upside People. With experience in large global organisations and scaling start-ups—especially at Canva—I’ve honed my skills in designing programmes that embed organisational purpose, drive high-performance cultures, and empower staff.

I’ve had the pleasure of leading teams to pioneer innovative employee experiences for groups ranging from small teams to thousands. My expertise in change management and human-centred design has transformed office spaces into vibrant hubs that spark creativity and collaboration, as well as helped design incredible hybrid and remote-first work models.

With a solid foundation in Culture, Change, and Communications, I’m dedicated to enhancing employee experience to drive business performance. I blend community engagement, influencing skills, and behaviour change coaching to help organisations navigate impactful change.
